April graduated from University College London with a BSc in Economics & Statistics in 2016 and qualified as a solicitor in 2022.

She has over 6 years’ experience in acting for high-net-worth overseas investors in the areas of corporate immigration, personal immigration and real estate law.

Her experience include residential and commercial conveyancing; various types of visa application (e.g. Sole Representative visa, Settlement, Spouse Visa, etc); secured lending and re-financing (e.g. dealing with drawdown requirements with overseas lenders, drafting security documents, etc). She has also acted for most of the large retail banks.

April is currently expanding her practice of the law to litigation.

April speaks native English, fluent Chinese Cantonese and fluent Chinese Mandarin.
