Blair has been admitted as a Solicitor in May 2023 after completing her 2 years of training with Jackson Lyon LLP, where she acquired extensive experience and expertise in litigation, including her involvement in cases in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. Throughout her training period, Blair demonstrated exceptional skills in both contentious and non-contentious matters, with a particular focus on serving international clients, especially from the British Chinese communities and China.

Being bilingual in Mandarin (native) and English, Blair possesses a unique advantage in effectively communicating with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. This linguistic proficiency allows her to deliver tailored legal solutions to a wide range of clients, including high net worth individuals and international corporate clients involved in transnational disputes.

Blair is a LLM graduate of Queen Marry University of London, during which she gained a rich experience in both International Commercial Arbitration and Human Rights through academic forums. Prior to her LLM Blair obtained her Civil Law Bachelor’s degree in one of China’s top law universities. She has dual legal background in both China and the UK.
